New Site, New Look, New Features
Well if you can't tell already, we have finally launched the brand new AZFReeride.com. Â Not only did we redesign the entire site from scratch, we have added a ton of new features in order to allow you, the users the ability to share some of your riding stoke through photos, video and text as easily as possible. Â Read more to learn about the new AZFReeride.com!
New Features!
Videos:Â
The single biggest addition to Arizona Freeride is the new video section. Â In this section all users can post videos of their personal riding, movie teasers, crashes, bails and carnage or just about anything else bike related. Â Not only are registered users allowed to upload their own movies up too 200MB in size, they can also add their movies which may be hosted on other social video sites. Â If you prefer to use YouTube or Vimeo to host your videos, you can still share them with the AZFReeride community simply by entering the link to the video and hitting submit. Â The video system will gather the information such as title, description, keywords and thumbnail and add it all to the AZFReeride video section just as if you had uploaded the original itself.Â

AZFR Community:
Another new addition to the site is the "AZFR Community" which allows you to control your profile, photos, videos, friends and events all from one place. Â Think of is as "Facebook" for your AZFReeride profile. Â When you log into AZFReeride.com, you will be taken to your Profile Home, which shows you an overview of what's new on the site, new members, new photos and recent user activity. Â From there you have full control over your profile.
Profile Home Page:Â
Â
In your personal profile, you can set your status, find and add friends, send private messages, start new groups, view a history of your site activity and see where your friends are located. Â This is your personal page that all other users will see about you.
Profile Page:
Â
The friends tab lets you control all your connections on AZFReeride. Â Add friends, find new ones and send private messages to one another.Â
Friends Section:
Â
The Applications tabs serves a few important roles. Â You can see what applications are installed for your profile, or add or remove them to customize your usage of AZFReeride.com. Â For example, if you are one of the people who likes to post updates to Twitter.com regularly, you can add the Twitter application to your profile. Â With the application installed on your profile, any updates you post on Twitter will automatically be included on your AZFReeride profile.
Applications Section:

Also, 2 key applications are included under the "Applications" tab in your profile. Â The first is "Groups", which allows each user to create private section of AZFReeride for their rider group. Â Have a group that rides together every week, make a group and keep everyone updated. Â Have a race team that needs its own private section for team news and updates? Groups is the place to do it.
Groups Home:
Â
Probably the biggest improvement over the old AZFReeride.com is the new Photos Section. Â In the new site, every user is allowed to create their own galleries, and a bulk image upload feature has been added, making it super simple to add an entire gallery of images in just a couple of minutes. Â User galleries are controlled by the user and they retain all rights to their images and how they are displayed.

Events Calendar
The Events Calendar has been completely re-done over the old AZFReeride.com system.  Events are now categorized by Venues as well as Dates, so you can view all events pertaining to a particular place, or date.  For example, if you want to see all the "Silent Sunday" dates for the year on South Mountain, just select that Venue and all the dates will be displayed. Also, the Events section is tied into Google Maps, so if there is a venue you are unsure of the location of, simply enter your starting address to get driving directions to the event location.
