The only mountain bikes a 24" wheel belongs on is the shitty type you buy at Target.  1999 called and wants its gheyness back.

I dunno.  Try to get the front end lower by jacking up the rear...or more likely, that's all they had laying around the shop.

You're missing the awesomeness of the imminent 10 foot+ drop to flat that's about to occur...

Sigh, sometimes I miss my Super Monster...

I want to have to run a 24" front and a 26" rear to get a reasonable HT angle!

I was blinded by the price.

Although the Domain is still cheaper anyways.  And its brand new.

[KavuRider Tue, Mar 16 09:42 AM]:

That's a good idea.  Yeah, its crazy, I won't be paying attention and bam.  I can only imagine after a run on South...

Toss up between the Domain and a Travis dual crown for sale, same price...

[sixsixtysix Tue, Mar 16 09:36 AM]:

Yeah, the top tube profile of that thing is huge.  My brace used to beat the shit out of it, thats why I had chainstay protectors on the top tubes.

You should just get dual BMX top tube pads.

Oh sweet!  I still need to get those bars as well...

Heck yeah, that's an awesome deal.  I really like riding this bike so far, its fun!

Did you notice that you clipped the inside of your knees a lot on yours?  I have some gnarly bruises now!

[sixsixtysix Tue, Mar 16 09:29 AM]:

Thats the 302, so no Motion Control, but its still a good fork for that money.

I got the parts to swap that FSA to 1.5 if you need them.

[KavuRider Tue, Mar 16 09:28 AM]:

Oh damn, nice find!

I'm going to try to snag that.  I probably need a 1.5 headset though, yeah?

[sixsixtysix Tue, Mar 16 09:27 AM]:

Domain would be perfect.

$235

http://www.cambriabike.com/shopexd.asp?ID=69960-Rockshox+Domain+302+Coil+Suspension+Fork+2008

[KavuRider Tue, Mar 16 09:21 AM]:

FSA is the bee's knees though. Not really.

I was thinking maybe a Domain if I can swing the cash.  That would probably be pretty slick on there.

[sixsixtysix Tue, Mar 16 09:17 AM]:

Thats not saying much, its a FSA.  If you fart too hard on the seat the headset comes loose.

[KavuRider Tue, Mar 16 09:16 AM]:

Sounds perfect.

I've already slammed it hard enough to loosen the headset twice.

[sixsixtysix Tue, Mar 16 09:14 AM]:

You should stick a Psylo on it.  It would give you 4" of vertical suspension and 2" of lateral flex.

[KavuRider Tue, Mar 16 09:11 AM]:

It was kind of.

I was fist pumping as I jumped off.

That bike needs a suspension fork for sure...

[sixsixtysix Tue, Mar 16 09:08 AM]:

Yeah, hucking a rigid to flat doesn't sound much fun.

[KavuRider Tue, Mar 16 08:18 AM]:

Hit up some urban on the Sluggo last night.

Launched 2 of the loading docks near my house, including the bigger one (about 5 or so feet tall probably).  Jammed my wrist pretty hard when I landed but hung on and rode it out.  Also tried to ride up a small wall (rest on the bash then lurch up) and attempted a pedal grind.  Neither really went well.  Ha.
